The best way to reach me during the day is to call my wife, Ann.  She will be able to set up an appointment or direct more detailed inquires to me.  If neither of us are at home, please leave me a message and I will return your call the same evening if at all possible.

I will typically talk to you about your needs and give you an idea of the approach that I would take to assist you.   If we haven’t already solved the problem or answered your question, we will schedule an appointment for me to come to your house or business to get you the service that you need.

I typically work nights and weekends and can get most problems resolved in a single visit.
